The plateau is the nemesis of any bodybuilder and the mere thought of them is enough to make many of us shake in our boots. Plateaus are what happen when we’re training hard and regularly, but suddenly the exercises stop having the same impact they used to and stop growing from the training we’re subjecting them to.
