However, Clenbuterol does not work by raising exogenous testosterone but rather by increasing the red blood cells in the system and acting as a stimulant (a beta-2-agonist). This means that you don’t need to use any PCT after you have been using Clenbuterol.
That said though, studies show that Clenbuterol actually does raise testosterone and improve hypertrophy in other ways. While this isn’t fully understood, it’s generally thought that increased red blood cells might lead to improved protein synthesis while also increasing levels of testosterone.

However, as a stimulant, it’s important to recognize that this could also actually increase fat burning which may lead to loss of muscle mass.
